Here you will see what has happened in the real estate market over the past 7 days. This particular one will focus on Single Family Detached homes. Tim Taggett will explain to you how many have come on the market over the past week, how many have actually already accepted an offer and even pick one that has not yet accepted an offer as the BEST Temecula Home For Sale and explain why.

This week in the Temecula Bank Owned Housing Market 16 homes in all came on the market brand new while 10 of them still remain for sale 4 where snatched up within 3 days of being listed however on average it took about 4 days to get an accepted offer.
These bank owned homes range in price from $134,900 up to $775,000 for a 4 bedroom beauty with more than 2 acres of land in the Santiago Estates area of Southern Temecula.
Now that you know the basics of what has happened with the market before picking my favorite of them I would like to make 2 disclaimers, first my the featured property will NEVER be my own personal listing no matter how much I think it is a great deal (will post that in a separate posting) and secondly I will not use a pending property for the pick of the week either!
The pick of the week is 45000 Vine Cliff Street located in the Morgan Hill Community of Southern Temecula and listed for $329,000. It came on the market yesterday and has 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths with more than 4,000 square feet of living space.
Reason for this property being picked is the community it is one of the most prestigious, close to both an elementary and middle school also has community parks, club house and a community pool. Even though the neighborhood is very nice that is the not the only reason it has been picked for this week! The main reason is because the comparable sales are amazing with the median sales price of similar homes being $375,000!
