Updated from Temecula City Website

The final results are in and Temecula California has been 1 of only 33 cities to have their Standard and Poor’s rating increased.

According to a report given by the city late last month they have been upgraded from an A rating to an awesome A+ rating. This is great of the city of Temecula at this time of economic state because this shows that Temecula is truly one of the best cities to live in all of Riverside County!

One of the things you really should look for is how built a city is prior to moving to that city and thanks to this great updated report, Temecula California is considered to be primarily built-out which means it is time for stabilization throughout the city.

Personally I do believe there are some areas of Temecula that have not been completely developed yet which are still within reasonable distance to shopping however as they pointed out we are mostly built which is great because then we can finalize the infrastructure to sustain the capacity of residences here. This report was done on 2008 and not on our current 2009 year which we will see how things turn out next year for us however it is still great knowing that even though the market was not doing so well from 2007-2008 we were still able to prove to a McGraw-Hill company we deserve to be recognized as being a self sustaining and desirable city.
