Otherwise, welcome back and hopeful you find the information provided about Temecula’s Bank Owned Homes useful each week.

To jump right in and get started we had a total of 15 bank owned homes come on the market in the City of Temecula this week. Only 3 of them have gone pending within their first 7 days of being listed which leaves 12 additional homes on the market.

WARNING: Most of these homes are priced at the high range of value!

Prices ranging from $100,000 (condo in Temecula Creek) to $1,057,000 (for a brand new custom home).

That is right, this week it was much more difficult to find a bargain home because most of them were already priced without any wiggle room that in the event of multiple offers which the entire county of Riverside has been experiencing over the past 2-3 months, they would get bid higher than preferred for anyone looking to invest in Temecula.

Good news is that I was still able to find a couple of homes that look to be good Friday Finds and my pick of the week is located in the Vail Ranch Community of Temecula. Of course this was actually a close call between this home and another home that is located in the Morgan Hill Community however the deciding factor was that last week I also picked a home in Morgan Hill so wanted to change it up this week.

Vail Ranch is an established community located in the Southern part of Temecula close to school, shopping and so much more. This property no doubt will have multiple offers on it because of its attractive price of only $171,000 which is on the low end of value ranging all the way up to $235,00 for a very similar property that just closed in February of this year.
