This week was another very interesting week because a turn-around can definitely be noticed based just off of these reports.

Properties are still coming on the market for sale by the banks however they are selling in a timely fashion (most of them at least). More than half of the new listings in the past 7 days already have accepted offers!

WARNING: More and More Bank Owned Foreclosures are Being Priced Above Market Value!

There were a total of 15 Temecula Bank Owned Homes that came on the market this week, 8 have already accepted an offer and are no longer available for sale.

Range in price for the city of Temecula Ca this week is $102,800 (2 bed, 1 bath Condo) up to $614,800 (4 bed, 4 bath, built in 2005).

Other than to recap the newest listings and the prices for them as you are already aware, the purpose is to pick my #1 favorite of the week and let you know WHY! Here we go!

The choice of the week is located in the well established community of Paloma Del Sol. Paloma Del Sol is a great neighborhood both because it is well established since being built in 1998, close to Meadows Park, a short distance from the Rancho California Sports Park and near Linfield Christian School.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and more than 2700 square feet of living space. With the spacious 3 car garage for all your toys and a Den that could be used as an office or easily converted in to a 5^th bedroom, this home is an amazing value at only $275,000.

This home was previously sold for $515,000 in 2005 and now similar homes have recently sold for as much as $293,000 within the past 3 months.
