As I am sure have noticed in the previous weeks the best way to start is by letting you know what has happened in the Temecula Bank Foreclosure Market over the past 7 days.

Here it is, 13 homes have come on the market 4 of which have already accepted offers and have gone in escrow.  Leaving us with 9 properties still on the market.

Including the properties that are already under contract, prices ranged from $97,800 up to $701,000 for a home in Temecula Wine Country.  Believe it or not both the highest and lowest priced REO properties have already accepted offers.

The Temecula Housing market is really starting to show a steady pace with these foreclosures, every week seems to be consistent with the previous one however interest rates have rose above 5% for a 30 year fixed mortgage (first time in many months) and there are no talks of the rates coming back down soon.

All that been said here is my pick for you this week!

Temecula Vintage Hills Bank Owned Home - Camino Merano

5 Bedroom 3 Bath 2526 Square Feet ($111/sq ft)

Amazing low price of only $281,000 located in the very nice neighborhood of Vintage Hills which is minutes from Linfield Christian School, minutes from Wine Country and a short drive to the Temecula Mall.

Comparable homes have sold for as much as $350,000 within the past 2 months.

Another great thing about Vintage Hills is that it includes it’s own pool, spa and club houses for all residences to enjoy!
