Welcome back to another Temecula Friday Finds blog posting!

This week several bank owned homes came on the market that are/were priced very reasonable. Don’t know if the banks read my last week’s post and realized how overpriced they were or if they are just getting more logical about liquidating their Temecula inventory.

Only about 10% of the bank owned properties are either on the high side or overpriced for this week’s report. Estimated 30% of the new listings are at the lower price point compared to the most recent sales in their area. Leaving the other 60% of the homes right in mid-range for their list price compared to the most recent comparable homes that have sold in the past 3 months.

To recap the total numbers, this week 16 Temecula Bank Owned Homes came on the market, 3 of them went pending the same week leaving a total of 13 homes still on the market for someone like you to purchase!

Out of the 16 REO properties that came on the market this week the ranged in price from $75,000 for a “half-plex” 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom near Pechanga Casino up to $785,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom in the Wine Country area of Temecula.

Friday Find of the week is located in the Crowne Hill community of southern Temecula Ca. The Crowne Hill community is great which even includes its own Crowne Hill Elementary School and an amazing living environment in an awesome neighborhood.

This bank owned home is located at 72740 Jolle Ct in Temecula going for only $267,900 this includes more than 2500 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms all downstairs with entire upstairs as a large loft. Similar comparable homes in the neighborhood have sold for as much as $340,000 just 2 months earlier!
