Welcome back to another Multi Family Monday.

Sorry for the delay in getting this out, should have had it out on Monday however had too many things going on, couldn’t sit still long enough to write this out. By the way, I did still adjust this search for this report to be from Monday of last week until Monday of this week, so none of the statistics will be off.

So here we go, this week is a very slow Bank Owned Apartment Building week because only 4 newly listed properties came on the market. Not one of them received an offer either.

Values range from $110,000 for a duplex in Hemet up to $175,600 for a duplex in Moreno Valley.

Riverside Bank Owned Fourplex

This week’s Riverside County Bank Owned Multifamily Building of the week is a fourplex currently listed at $159,900.

That price leaves this apartment building at only $39,975 per door which is a great price, especially in a metropolitan city such as Riverside.
