This week believe it or not there is a rare find in the bank owned apartment world for Riverside County. There is a brand new listing of a nine unit apartment. I know the previous owner of this and that requires a little more investigation than meant on this weekly update however if you are interested in further details feel free to contact me.

Either way let us get started on what the real estate market has dealt us for this week.

A total of 6 multi-family properties came available over the past week. These bank owned listings range from a duplex in Hemet California for a mere $94,050 all the way up to the 9 unit apartment for $750,000.

All of the new Riverside County bank owned Apartments that are for sale this week seem to have great potential if managed correctly and bought at this amazing prices.

The fixer of the week is a triplex in the city of Riverside that is listed at only $152,900 however really needs some major repairs to at least one of the units if not two of them.

Bank Owned Duplex on Van Buren

The pick of the week is actually another multifamily property in the city of Riverside California right off the main road of Van Buren Blvd.

The location is the key to this property being a duplex for only $153,800 being about a 5 minute drive from the private college of California Baptist University it should not be that difficult to find tenants to occupy this property.
