About Tim Taggett (Temecula Real Estate Agent)

I joined the Marine Corps 3 days after graduating High School and while I was serving our country started to learn about Real Estate Investing. Then in early 2000 bought my first investment, after enjoying it so much I decided to get my license to help others invest and achieve the American Dream as well.

Today I service the areas of Temecula, surrounding Southwest Riverside County and North County San Diego helping people find the right investments.

I have a strong background in negotiations which I have used to wholesale properties, negotiate short sales, short refinances, multiple real estate transactions including multi-unit rentals, land and everything you can think of.
